Please read and fill out the application completely, especially if you have health or mobility issues. If you do not indicate this information beforehand, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you at time of check in. We make it a point to prioritize an individuals needs over preferences. If you arrive to the resort before your submitted dates, you will be responsible for covering your accommodations with the resort directly upon arrival. That goes for departures as well. Information for abstract submission, vendor                   registration, pre-conference and the agenda will be announced after registration opens.                                         Please be sure to check with this page for more updates!
